The confession of Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger of Division 310, implicated Chhy, cadre of Artillery Unit, Division 310. Oeun called upon Chhy to prepare big artilleries to achieve the plots in September 1976. After that, Oeun convened a meeting with his network to assign Chhy to work.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ នីរសាកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឈី កម្មាភិបាលកងកាំភ្លើងធំ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ ឈ្មោះ អឿន បានហៅឈីឱ្យរៀបចំកាំភ្លើងធំ គ្រប់ធុនដើម្បីសំរេច ផែនការខែ៩-៧៦។ ក្រោយមកអឿនបានប្រជុំបក្ខពួកលើកទិស ឱ្យឈ្មោះឈីធ្វើសកម្មភាព។
