Ty Sovatha and Sokh Nann, workers of factory T-4, confessed that Lao Leang Chrea said, Thai Sitha was worker of factory T-4, joined the CIA in 1973. Thai Sitha induced workers to go against the communism regime, not to comply with the work assignment, and to bring looms into a complete destruction and to think of insufficient food.
