Ty Sovatha and Sokh Nann, workers of factory T-4, confessed that Thai Sitha, worker of factory T-4, criticized the Angkar for the fact that the communist regime was an oppressor. Sitha convinced workers to go against the communist, not to comply with the work assignment, and to stir up problems over food.
