The confession of Lou Ly aka Ra, soldier of Logistics of Division 310, implicated Prakk, [soldier of]Battalion 314, Division 310. In October 1976, Prakk attended the meeting and received the plots from Yeat, [soldier of]Battalion, and Kran, [soldier of]Battalion, to build up forces, to prepare materials and foodstuff, and to murder soldiers. In November 1976, Prakk received the plots from Yeat tobuild up traitors and to plan to attack the revolution in 1977.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ លូ លី ហៅ រ៉ា យុទ្ធជនភស្ដុភារកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ប្រាក់ វរសេនាតូច ៣១៤ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ១០-៧៦ ប្រាក់ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ ក្បត់ពី យាត វរសេនាតូចនិងក្រាន វរសេនាតូច ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំង ត្រៀមសម្ភារៈ ស្បៀង និងលួចសម្លាប់យុទ្ធជន។ ខែ១១-១៩៧៦ ប្រាក់ បានទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីយាតឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំង និងផែនការ វាយបដិវត្ដដើមឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
