The confession of Lou Ly aka Ra, soldier of Logistics of Division 310, implicated Pheng, soldier of Logistics of Division 310. In December 1976, Pheng received the indoctrination from him, Tem, [members of]Big Cell, and Dim, [member of]Big Cell.
