Summary / Abstract :
|
On 31 August the Khmer Government sent a message to the secretary general of the non-aligned conference protesting against the admission of GRUNK. The message stated that:
(A) The Government of Prince Sihanouk is a government in exile illegally constituted, permanently based in Peking and not legally representing the Khmer State and people. (b) The said government in exile which into communist country, a satellite of the Indochina Communist Front, is neither neutral nor non-aligned. |
