Summary / Abstract :

Blakeney sent us several hundred groups in cypher about original sin as typified by Cambodia. The Cambodian are naughty, ti is true, but there is a strong feeling here that the Vietnamese are incorrigibly self righteous and that they would do well to attempt to understand the deep seated fears of the Cambodians in respects of both Thailand and Vietnam.
