Ty Sovatha, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Ros Savan, worker of factory T-1, joined the CIA before April 17 through his uncle In Tam. After April 17, Savan contacted CIA network to organize anti-revolutionary forces in April 1976.
ទី សុវត្ថា កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះរស់ សាវ៉ន កម្មករ រោងចក្រត-១ ថាៈ មុនថ្ងៃ១៧មេសា សាវ៉ន ចូលសេអ៊ីអាតាម រយៈអ៊ិនតាំ ដែលត្រូវជាពូ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧មេសា សាវ៉ន មក ទាក់ទងជាមួយខ្សែសេអ៊ីអាដើម្បី រៀបចំខ្សែសង្វាក់បង្កកម្លាំងវាយ បដិវត្ដនៅខែ៤-១៩៧៦។
