The confession of Nhean Tha aka Smei, soldier of supply office in state commerce, implicated Thou, cadre of company, battalion 411, Reussey Keo. Thou was a network of Roeun. In August 1975, Thou participated in a treacherous meeting with Roeun to hinder the socialist movement of the party in many forms and to kill primary cadre in Phnom Penh.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរផ្គត់ផ្គង់ ផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ធូ កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច ៤១១ ឫស្សីកែវ ថាៈ ជាបក្ខពួករបស់ រឿន។ នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៥ ធូ បានមករួមប្រជុំក្បត់ជាមួយ រឿនឱ្យខ្ទប់ ចលនាសង្គមនិយមរបស់បក្សតាមគ្រប់រូបភាព និងឱ្យសម្លាប់ កម្មាភិបាលដឹកនាំសំខាន់ៗនៅភ្នំពេញ។
