On 30th November, the ''Journal d' extreme orient'''Published an item headed ''Thai-Cambodian tension: Cambodian close her frontier with siam'' and reporting that the Cambodian legation in Mekong had protested to the Thai government against flights by Thai aircraft over Cambodian territory atless than 500 feet, and had announced the closing of the border areas.
