Summary / Abstract :

The foreign minister told me on 15th June that he believed his trip to Cambodia had been successful. He said rather granclliloquently that when he arrived the situation was dark. When he left it was much lighter but he hoped that it would ultimately be rosy.
He said that he believed he had mished. Mr stuart on the question of the Cambodia attitude to a heads of government meeting. When he had spoken to prince Sihanouk he had understood Sihanouk to say that he would welcome such a meeting, and he had so informed Mr Stuart. |
