When the Thai ambassador come to make his farewell call this morning he said that at the initial meeting between the Cambodian and Thai delegations during Thanad's visit the talk had almost broken down altogether. The Thais had wanted to talk about practical matters and found the Cambodian un interested in anything except Preah Vihear.
