Excellency,
I have the honour to refer to previous correspondence concerning relating between Cambodia and Thailand ending with my note No. 15/2502 of 14 January 1959, I have now much pleasure to inform you that, through the good offices of his excellency's special representative, my government and the government of Cambodia have decided to re-established diplomatic relation between the two countries and joint communique to this effect was issued at Bangkok and Phnom Penh on February 1959. |
