During the week I have had discussion with foreign minister Son Sann, Royal councillor truong Cang, the French, American and Idian ambassador. I have also had Saigon memorandum 107 and 108 and related telegrams. The whole week has been taken up with ceremonies for Sihanouk's daughter's wedding and the presence here of the J.I.B.
