Foreign Minister Prince Wan Waithayakon, disappointment and showing signs of bitterness, yesterday told reporters after ending negotiation with Cambodia. He revealed that the negotiators, unable to reach agreement on the control issue of ownership of the mountain temple of Khao Phra Viharn were not even able to agree on a joint communique as planned.
