This has now been confirmed private by minister in conversation and announced semi- off icially in the Press. The exact date is still to be fixed but is likely to be 5th May and the visit would last four days. Chou En-Lai will be accompanied by his foreign minister Chen Yi. The initiative for the visit is said to be Chinese.
