Whilst in Phnom Penh for the coronation I found, among foreign missions, varying degrees of concern about Cambodian - Vietnamese relations. The US Ambassador and the Canadian commissioner were the most concerned and in my opinion, a little inclined to over - emphasize the dangers in the situation.
