Trade agreement between Vietnam and Cambodia, according to an authoritative source, the first trade agreement had been signed between Vietnam and Cambodia. Cambodia would supply Vietnam with 1,500 head of cattle and Vietnam would export to Cambodia 100,000 tons of paddy.
