Ty Sovatha, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Ros Saret, worker of factory T-4, joined the CIA in 1974. Saret destroyed thread and convinced workers not to trust in the Angkar's advice. Ty Sovatha confessed that Lim Sikara, worker of factory T-4, was a former worker of Ky Hong textile factory and joined the CIA in 1973. Lim Sikara carried out activities to destroy materials of factory on a daily basis.
ទី សុវត្ថា កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ រស់ សារ៉េត កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ថាៈ សារ៉េត ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ សារ៉េត បានបំផ្លាញអំបោះ និងបំផុសកម្មករកុំឱ្យជឿតាមការណែនាំ របស់អង្គការ។ ទី សុវត្ថា ក៍បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ លឹម ស៊ីការ៉ា កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ថាៈ លឹម ស៊ីការ៉ា អតីតកម្មកររោងចក្រ តម្បាញគី ហុង ហើយបានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ លឹម ស៊ីការ៉ា ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈក្នុងរោងចក្រជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ។
