A commouniqué was issued by the representation of the Republic of Vietnam on 10 August announcing an offer of (1) 200 scholarships to Cambodian and Vietnamese students in Cambodia for university courses, secondary and primary studies in South Vietnam, and (2) 300 school subsidies to university students and pupils of primary and secondary schools in Cambodia.
