Ty Sovatha, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Prakk Manin, worker of factory T-1, was a captain before April 17 and entered the CIA through his uncle In Tam. After April 17, Manin disguised himself as a worker in factory T-1 and prepare CIA network to against the revolution in April 1976.
ទី សុវត្ថា កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ប្រាក់ ម៉ានីន កម្មកររោងចក្រត-១ ថាៈ មុនថ្ងៃ១៧មេសា ម៉ានីន ជាទាហាន សក្ដិ៣ ហើយចូលសេអ៊ីអាតាមរយៈពូឈ្មោះអ៊ិនតាំ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ ១៧មេសា ម៉ានីន បន្លំធ្វើកម្មករដើម្បីចូលមករោងចក្រត-១ រៀបចំ ខ្សែសេអ៊ីអាវាយបដិវត្ដនៅខែ៤-១៩៧៦។
