With reference to my telegram 32 of 25th February , I attach copies of a letter and telegram received on that only from the cao dai Pope . On receiving these documents, I called on the Chargé d' Affaires (Mr Tran Dong Tu) at the representation of South Vietnam, and showed him the texts.
