'We learn that on 12 November six month Vietnamese soldiers captured on Cambodian territory were, on the order of the head of state, released in to the hands of he Ngyyen van Hieu , representative of South Vietnam, who will repatriate them Mr. Hieu warmly thanked the head of state for this very friendly gesture.
