The counter government bulletin today (11th July) Echoes much of what Prince Sihanouk has recently been saying about the permanence of international friendship and the dangers for Cambodia once the Vietnam was is over.
The editorial says that those trouble and pessimistic people who are warning that the attitude to Cambodia of neighbours who are at present fulsomely friendly will rapidly change are preaching to the converted, to believe that Cambodian friendship with any country was unconditional would be to take Cambodia for fools. |
