I have just received information from my government that the press in Cambodia (Cambodia as well as Vietnamese) report that the authorities of South Vietnam have decided to put military re-enforcement on the borders of Cambodia from Southwest to Northeast (Regions of Kampot, Kratie, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Kampong Cham).
