Ty Sovatha, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Prakk Manin, worker of factory T-1, joined the CIA in 1971 through his uncle In Tam. Manin disguised himself as a worker in the factory T-1 and to organize CIA network to attack the revolution in April 1976.
ទី សុវត្ថា កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ប្រាក់ ម៉ានីន កម្មកររោងចក្រត-១ ថាៈ ម៉ានីន ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ តាមរយៈអ៊ិនតាំដែលត្រូវជាពូ។ ម៉ានីន បន្លំធ្វើជាកម្មករដើម្បីចូល មករោងចក្រត-១ រៀបចំខ្សែសង្វាក់សេអ៊ីអាវាយបដិវត្ដ ្ដនៅខែ៤-១៩៧៦។
