The confession of Voeung Leng, soldier of Cell 127, revealed that on 27 March 1975, he joined the revolution and studied at a military technical and political school. Then Leng joined cell 127. In 1971, Leng stayed at Po Thmat where he received money from Prakk En to find information from people of Po Thmat village. Who listened to the liberated zone and state republic radios. On 18 July 1975, received guns to Prakk En but chief of cell arrested him and sent him to cell 44.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ រឿង ឡេង យុទ្ធជននៅកង ១២៧ បាន ឆ្លើយថាៈ នៅថ្ងៃ២៧-៣-១៩៧៥ ចូលបដិវត្ដហើយចូលរៀន នយោបាយនិងបចេ្ចកទេសយោធា។ បន្ទាប់មកចូលកង ១២៧ តែម្ដង។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១នៅពោត្មាត រឿង ឡេង បានទទួលការ ចាត់តាំងពីប្រាក់ អិន ដើរស៊ើបការណ៍ពីប្រជាជននៅភូមិពោត្មាត តើមានអ្នកណាខ្លះស្ដាប់វិទ្យុរំដោះនិងវិទ្យុសាធារណរដ្ឋ។ ថ្ងៃ១៨-៧-១៩៧៥ រឿង ឡេង បានទទួលកាំភ្លើងបំរុងយកទៅ ឱ្យប្រាបក់អិន តែត្រូវគណៈកងចាប់បញ្ជូនមក ៤៤នេះតែម្ដង។
