On the occasion of the first anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between north Vietnam and Cambodia. President Ho Chi Minh has sent a message to Prince Sihanouk saying that establishment of these relations has strengthened solidarity and friendship between the two people and enabled them to win new victories in their anti-US imperialist struggle.
