I called on Yugoslav Ambassador (Mi Jovic) 08 July to ask about Phat's visit. He has contacts with Asian Communists here and went to entertainments given in connexion with visit. His tentative interpretation of the result of visit no doubt accords with what he and his government would wish to see.
