Phnom Penh, September 3: South Vietnam has considerably strengthened its military posts along the Cambodian border since last year, according to the dispatch of Cambodia today. The paper said over 11 military posts were built by South Vietnam facing the Cambodian province of Svay Rieng, Kampong Cham, Kampot, Kratie, and Prey Veng, near the border.
