At the invitation of DRV vice Premier and foreign minister Nguyen Duy Trinh, Prince Norodom Phourissara, foreign minister of the Royal Cambodian government, has arrived in Hanoi for a friendship visit to Vietnam, The Prince was accompanied by Samreth Soth , ambassador extraordinary and plenipoteniiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the DRV, and (?Yoklan Vasui) , chief of cabinet of the Cambodian foreign minister.
