With reference to my telegram 32 of February 25, I attach copies of a letter and telegram received on that day from the Cao Dai Pope. On receiving these documents, I called on the Chargé d'Affaires (Mr. Tran Dong Tu) at the representation of South Vietnam, and showed him the texts. The following is a record of our conversation.
