The confession of Mao Sokha aka Lum, assistant to Division 450, implicated Sot, secretary of Prey Char Sub-district, Cheung Prey District. He indoctrinated Sot with treason in November 1973. In April 1974, Sot attended the meeting and received Nai's plots to build up Free Khmer forces, to induce people not to supply foodstuff at the battlefield, not to join the Army, and to destroy the revolutionary forces.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ម៉ៅ សុខា ហៅ លំ ជំនួយការកងពល ៤៥០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សុត លេខាឃុំព្រៃចារ ស្រុកជើងព្រៃ ថាៈ ខ្លួនបាន អប់រំសុត ឱ្យក្បត់បាននៅខែ១១-១៩៧៣។ ខែ៤-១៩៧៤ សុតបានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីណៃឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីបំផុស ប្រជាជនមិនឱ្យផ្ដល់ស្បៀងទៅសមរភូមិមុខ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនមិនឱ្យចូល កងទ័ពនិងឱ្យកំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ។
