The confession of Ke Thao aka Nang, Chief of Medicine-producing Technique, Division 310, implicated Heng, [soldier of]Battalion, Division 310. In July 1976, Heng and his network participated in a discussion with him on the treacherous activities and the situation outside the city.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេសស្លថ្នាំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហេង នាទីវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦ ហេងនិងបក្ខពួកចូលរួមពិភាក្សា ជាមួយខ្លួនពីសភាពការក្បត់និងពីសភាពការនៅក្រុង។
