Although only five reports armed contact have been published since our savingram No.44 of 09 October 1969 was sent (and three of the contacts took place in September), there have been some very strong comments in the press denouncing the continued infiltration of troops by the Vietnamese Communists into the Cambodian frontier regions and even into some of the interior provinces.
