The confession of Nhem Sean, soldier of Office of Division 310, implicated Sam, Chief of Battalion 808. In 1974, Samy, [member of]Political Big Cell, made contact with Sam to have plans to convince soldiers to be free and to take opportunity to build up forces.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ញ៉ែម ស៊ាន យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សំ គណៈវរសេនាតូច ៨០៨ ថាៈនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះសាមី នយោបាយកងធំ បានទាក់ទងជាមួយសំដើម្បីរៀបចំ ផែនការបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យសេរីហើយឆក់ឱកាសអូសទាញជាកម្លាំង។
