Summary / Abstract :

In response to Phnom Penh telegram 811 and 812 State department has sent immediate telegram to Saigon drawing attention to fact that both messages outlining gravity of situation in Phnom Penh were repeated to Australian Embassy in Saigon and asking for immediate report on what had emerged from already-scheduled meeting on 29th November between Embassy and oil company representatives .
