We thanks the primary Cambodian motivation in asking for abolition of the I.C.C. is probably that which they stated in their note to the ICC, of which the key paragraph seems to be " the present political evolution of the Kingdom allows the Royal Government to settle its possible problems with the DRV and the PRG through bilateral negotiations".
