Unites States Ambassador Trimble informed me late last night of news item published on 16th January in Bombay weekly named ''Blitz'''. The item reproduced photographs of an incrimin ating letter allegedly sent last September by Sam Sary to Kellogg, former counsellor at the United States Embassy here, copies of the photograph had been distributed by '' Blitz'' to all Cambodian papers.
