Summary / Abstract :
|
The British Ambassador, who has also been urging the Thais informally not to be provoked into angry exchanges with Cambodian, shares my view that any fresh approach would be of little value. He saw Thanad two days ago and urged continuation of Thanad's effort to keep Khao Phra Vihara out of the news, he believes the Thais ate trying to get rid of Sam Sary, but agrees with me that there is almost certainly some anti-Cambodia plotting or Police circles, although he has no evidence of either.
