Summary / Abstract :
|
The National congress opened rather apathetically today with only routine agenda. Supplementary item was a request for a a vote of confidence in Sihanouk on the the Thailand policy. Sihanouk himself spoke vehemontly for an hour on this subject but discussion dicited from this floor was almost nit and vote desired was given after ten minutes reaction seemed to be complete indifference.
