Summary / Abstract :

In a speech at Koh Rokar on Saturday August 24, reported today, Sihanouk foreshadowed an early breaking of relations with Saigon , motivated both by religious presecution and that of Khmer Krom and by latest frontier violation. Sihanouk said Cambodia had given sufficient proof of patience in face of repeated violations of its territorial integrity by South Vietnam.
