Summary / Abstract :

Nong Kimny (Permanent representative of Cambodia and Ambassador to Washington ) told me that Cambodia liked SiR grateful Barwick's reference to Cambodia in his seneral debate speech in the UN general assembly. Their only quiam was about his reference to the vietcong which some Vietnamese had interpreted as advocating a right of pursuit by the RVN across the border.
