Askew (Cambodia Affairs) said that the Cambodians had one a number of occasions protested against alleged incursions by the F.A.L cross the Laos-Cambodian border. The border was ill defined and it was quite possible that the F.A.L had crossed the border on a number of occasions in pursuit of Pathet, Lao, bands.
