Mr. MacDermot said that the presence of Sam Sary on Thai soil was likely to be a continuing cause of friction between Thailand and Cambodia and suggested that a way be sought of removing him from the immediate neighborhood. Mr. Parsons agreed that this was desirable and commented that the Philippines, for example, would still be too close to be healthy.
