Sarasin told me today Thailand had received reported from their Embassy in Laos which they regarded as disturbing 200 Pathet Lao troops had captured a village in Hof Neua, defeating RLG troops, who had number only about 30. The government had arrested Souvannavong and all other Pathet Lao leader except one, who had escaped.
