The confession of Bou Pheak and Man Sim aka Riem, chief of group, division 310, implicated Hakk, soldier of battalion 113, division 310. Hakk took a betrayal view because Leang indoctrinated him with treason. In September 1975, Hakk received plots to collect rice and salt from houses in Phnom Penh to be kept away from Seng, soldier.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ប៊ូ ភាក់ និង ម៉ាន ស៊ីម ហៅ រៀម ប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហាក់ យុទ្ធជននៅ វរសេនាតូច ១១៣ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ ហាក់ ក្បត់ព្រោះ លាង អប់រំឱ្យក្បត់។ ខែ៩-៧៥ ហាក់ បានទទួលផែនការដើរប្រមូលអង្ករ និងអំបិលតាមផ្ទះនៅភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីលាក់ទុក ពីឈ្មោះ សេង យុទ្ធជន។
