There has been nothing whatever in the Cambodian press to indicate that it was the north Vietnamese who raised Cambodia i the Paris talks. Editorial after editorial has denounced the US for doing so, culminating in a formal government statement on May 20 ''Categorically'' opposing any reference to Cambodia in the talks.
