In his toast at the state dinner for Tito on January 17, Sihanouk referred again to inaccurate AFP reports of william Bundy's January 12 comments on the Bolwes mission. A message confirming that the US stood by the Bolwes -Son Sann communique was passed the next day by the Australian Ambassador to the Cambodian government and was published in AFP on the 19th.
