I was able to talk with Mrs. Bandaranaike for about 45 minutes on September 2, shortly before she left for Lusaka. The meeting was very friendly and she asked me to convey her good wishes to the Prime Minister and to say that she was looking forward to meeting him at the Prime Minister meeting in Singapore.
